The Importance of Estate Planning - Common Mistakes and Misconceptions
We've all heard horrible stories of what can happen when you don't leave an updated will. Complications in probate court often create a significant burden for surviving loved ones or may even lead to unintended beneficiaries or individuals being left out entirely. To avoid these issues, it is crucial to create a will and ensure that it is updated regularly to reflect changing circumstances and desires.
Join us on September 7 when Judge Claudia Laird will discuss the importance of estate planning, including common mistakes and misconceptions encountered in probate court. Learn how to prevent problems associated with not having updated wills, trusts, and other legal documents.
