Your Voice Is Needed by July 2nd on Federal Ballot Mail Standards
Citizens Defending Freedom needs YOUR voice to help strengthen our election process! We are asking you to submit a public comment on a proposed federal rule that would create uniform standards for how election mail ballots are handled, tracked, and verified across the country.
This is simple, it is fast, and it matters — but the deadline is July 2nd and time is running short. See below for everything you need to make your voice count.
Why This Matters
The United States Postal Service has proposed a new rule that would create uniform standards for the preparation, tracking, verification, and reporting of federal election ballot mail — and they are accepting public comments until July 2, 2026.
This is a real opportunity for everyday citizens to weigh in on a federal rule that directly affects election integrity. Citizens Defending Freedom has already submitted a formal comment in support of this rule — and now we need your voice added to the record.
What the Rule Does:
In short, this proposed rule would:
Require standardized ballot design and tracking barcodes so every mail ballot can be verified and documented
Strengthen coordination between election officials and the Postal Service
Preserve state authority over voter eligibility and election administration — this does not expand federal control
Apply consistent standards across all jurisdictions, giving election officials and voters clearer accountability
How to Submit Your Comment:

📅 Deadline: July 2, 2026
Your comment does not need to be long. A few sentences from the heart carry real weight.
Need a Starting Point?
You don't have to be a policy expert. Here are a few phrases to spark your own words — finish the thought in your own voice:
“Public confidence is best sustained through procedures that can be verified, documented, and consistently applied…”
“As a citizen, I believe transparent and accountable ballot mail standards are important because…”
“I support uniform tracking standards for federal election mail because…”
…write the rest in your own words. Tell them who you are, where you’re from, and why election transparency matters to you personally.
The deadline is July 2nd!
Your comment is a legal part of the public record. The USPS is required to consider it. Don't let this window close without your voice in it.
In freedom and purpose,
