Americans Choose Freedom Over Fear
Eagle Forum PAC Candidates Triumph

Congratulations President Trump and VP-elect JD Vance! Eagle Forum members are grateful to the millions of Americans who voted yesterday, putting faith above the Left’s campaign of fear and supporting conservative candidates across the country.
There are several key lessons from the election. First, American women are not a monolith who can be manipulated by pro-abortion lies. They are motivated by a wide range of issues impacting the family — rising food and fuel prices, increased crime, illegal immigration, and the assault on women and girls from radical gender ideology. A party that cannot define ‘what is a woman’ is an unattractive choice for many women.
Next, voters rejected the hyperbolic rhetoric that re-electing President Trump and Republicans would be a “threat to democracy.” The reality of the Biden Administration suppressing free speech, jailing pro-life demonstrators, suing states that are protecting kids from genital mutilation, allowing men in women’s sports, and denying the impact of their open border policies was undeniable. People went to the polls and voted rationally.
Another important takeaway from last night is that protecting life can be a winning issue. Governor Ron DeSantis proved that strong leadership making the case for life and articulating the extremist policies of the pro-abortion crowd can result in victory. Nebraska voters rejected the radicalism of abortion-on-demand until birth and instead chose an incremental approach to protecting the unborn. South Dakota defeated a pro-abortion ballot initiative by nearly 60%. Pro-life Americans must ensure that our message of love and assistance for both mother and baby — before and after birth — is clearly known.
Finally, we learned that despite being extremely out-spent by the Corporate Drug Dealers, the tide is beginning to turn against this dangerous industry. Florida, North Dakota, and South Dakota all rejected relaxing rules on the recreational use of marijuana and Massachusetts voters said no to legalizing psychedelics.
