• #10 Consider, discuss, and approve a resolution and order regarding a partial manual recount of additional precincts at the conclusion of the November 5th election.
  (This Election Integrity topic was reviewed at a recent Commissioners Court “workshop” and Montgomery County Election Commission meeting and merits unanimous approval by the Commissioners Court in line with the will of We the People of Montgomery County.)

The Commissioners Court is the governing body of Montgomery County. County government’s principal focus is on the judicial system, health and social service delivery, law enforcement, and road construction.
