Take Action to End “Birth Tourism”

Approximately 1.5 million Chinese babies born on U.S. territory now have American citizenship, thanks to the nonsensical practice of Birth Tourism.
These Chinese babies have been raised under Chinese communism and have never even stepped foot in the United States. However, they can vote in our elections! They have the numbers to decide policies in our state and country! This should concern every American.
One elected official, Texas State Representative Brian Harrison, is leading the charge to put pressure on Governor Greg Abbott to end Birth Tourism. He has formally requested Gov. Abbott call a special session to make birth tourism a felony and the Department of State Health Services use their existing authority to stop issuing birth certificates to non-citizens.
It is especially important for Governor Abbott to take action after the US Supreme Court failed the citizenry with their ruling over birthright citizenship in Trump v Barbara (June, 2026).
Most recently, President Trump issued Executive Order No. 14418 (August 6, 2026) to help preserve America for those who assimilate, will abide by our laws, and carry forward our culture and freedoms. Unfortunately, on September 2, 2026, a Maryland Federal Judge ruled against President Trump!
Representative Harrison pointed out that Texas is advertising Birth Tourism and that the Texas Legislature has not yet criminalized this practice – but should be convened to do so immediately. He went on to state that Texas state government can do more and should lead the way in ending Birth Tourism in the US!

Harrison: “Not only does Texas have well documented ‘birth tourism’ companies, which recruit persons from foreign countries like China, but during the Biden Border Invasion millions of illegals, including violent murderers, terrorists, and drug cartel members, flooded our state.
“Due to the absurd reasoning of the Supreme Court’s majority ruling, children born in Texas to these illegals will be eligible for state welfare programs, eventually able to vote in our elections, and afforded citizenship – even if they literally never set foot on Texas or American soil and are flown home hours or days after birth.
“Texans deserve action, not just rhetoric, from their state leaders. We must start acting like the sovereign state we are and stop taking it on the chin when actions from D.C. threaten to destroy the very fabric of our republic. The Texas government must not simply act like a powerless bystander but take bold and decisive action to protect liberty for future generations.”
TAKE ACTION
Rep. Harrison urges Texans to do two things:
FIRST, speak out to Governor Abbott in an effort to move him to call a Special Session of the Texas Legislature to stop the issuance of Texas Birth Certificates to illegal aliens. Also let him know that you want him to direct the Texas Health and Human Services Commission to IMMEDIATELY stop giving birth certificates to non-citizens!

Ask the Texas Legislators to PUBLICLY:
Demand an immediate special session to make birth tourism a felony
Add their name to Rep. Harrison’s letter demanding that the Dept. of Health & Human Services immediately stop giving birth certificates to non-citizens.
